Double walled inside of non-rustable Stainless Steel/Aluminium duly anodized, outside of mild steel, finished with stove enamelled. 2.5 gap between the walls is filled with blanket of high efficiency super mineral wool. The door is fitted with chormium plated brass hinges with a spring and roller type latch. Three heating elements made from the best quality nickel chromium wire are used on refractory supports.

The element work at black heat and have a very long life. Covered heaters are placed under ribs at the bottom and sides. This arrangement ensures equal uniform distribution of heat.

Temperature is controlled by the Bimetallic Thermostat upto 250⁰/300⁰C with a accuracy of 1⁰C. Air circulation by gravity convection without blower. Air ventilators are fitted on the top & sides of the Oven. Fitted with thermometer 250⁰/300⁰C, two pilot lamps, two perforated metal shelves, 3 core wire and plug for use on 220 Volts A/C.

Detail instruction for operation and maintenance are supplied. Every over is tested with meticulous care and test records are preserved.
